• Customer: Refers to any individual or entity purchasing products or services from Dutch Barn Builders.
• Services: Refers to the services provided by Dutch Barn Builders, including but not limited to the building of our structures, refer to section 4, repairs on said buildings (within warranty period), shed moves, shed relevels, etc.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of a minor. The services are intended only for individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.

4. Services

Dutch Barn Builders provides the following services: the building of Storage Sheds, Cabins, Pole Barns, Garages, and Agricultural Buildings, including Chicken Coops and Run-In Sheds.

5. Orders and Payments

Order Process: Customers may place orders through our website, phone, or in person. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.

Payment Terms: Payments must be made at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, check, or credit card.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs, which will be calculated during the checkout process.

Refunds and Cancellations: Refer to section 7 of the terms and conditions.

6. Opt-In Communications

1. This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@dutchbarnbuilders.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Delivery

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery dates are provided during the checkout process and may vary based on location and availability.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination and total weight of the order.

Delivery Responsibility: The Company is responsible for delivering the products to the shipping carrier, but is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns: Products may be returned within 24 hours of receipt for a full refund (minus 20% of the total amount) or exchange, provided the item is in original condition and allowed by Dutch Barn Builders, LLC management.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return, including storage sheds that have been on the customer’s property for more than 24 hours, cabins, pole barns, and garages (due to their non-deliverable nature).

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 business days of receiving the returned product and credited back to the original payment method.

9. Warranties and Guarantees

Product Warranty: Dutch Barn Builders, LLC provides a 5-year manufacturer's warranty on all products, except for product defects. If there is a product defect, the customer is responsible for reaching out to the product manufacturer. Customers may contact Dutch Barn Builders, LLC for the manufacturer’s information.

Service Warranty: We guarantee that our services will be performed in a professional manner. If you are not satisfied with our services, you must notify us within 30 days for a resolution.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dutch Barn Builders, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. The total liability of the Company for any claim related to the services or products will not exceed the amount paid by the customer.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on our website, equipment, property, and materials are the property of Dutch Barn Builders, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of the content without prior written permission.
